Favourite spurs player atm I think.
The passion, the attitude, the skill. Just fucking class.
I think I could deal with any spurs player leaving except him and Kane, such an amazing player to have for all aspects of the club.
Also so glad that he's finally got a song, could see how much it meant to him

His smile and postive attitude are infectious.
I loved how varied our attack was when Kane went off. Son/Dele and Eriksen really mixed it up a bit.

Completely agree, we need a little more of this. When Sanchez did that woeful sliced clearance at the start of the second half, Verts/Hugo should have torn him a new one. I loved seeing them go at it and sometimes you need to give a player an ear bashing, shows desire and winning mentality.

He’s been our best player since the turn of the year.
I really hope Kane is not badly injured but there’s no escaping the fact that he’s been off form recently and Sonny has been our main goal threat.
I think he has improved enough, and our squad is better set up, to get the most out of him as a #9 now - especially now that we have Moura as another pacy option in wide areas.
Today, having his movement up there and Lamela’s positive forward passing totally changed the game for us. I really enjoyed how we were playing, and the interchanging between those two, Dele and Eriksen.
Plus, that finish for his second goal... absolutely fantastic!
The Son of 1 year ago would not have shown such composure, it really highlighted his improvement.
Love the song, too!

I liked seeing the other side to him today when Dele had a go at him for not passing (even though no pass was really on)
You are good enough to stick up for yourself with anyone Sonny.
Still prefer to see him smiling obviously (apart from the fact it means he/we are doing well) it's just infectious.

Yep! He just seems to have found some of his inner grittiness in the last few games, and it's helped his game. He was pissed at Dele ragging on him for not passing, and think I lip-read Son bellowing back, "How? How? Fucking hell!"

He was scoring loads last season too but this year his goals seem to be more important, on the whole.
His all-round play too has been much improved. Making far fewer silly mistakes in our own half and his build up play is slicker.
