I was watching Sonny's 2nd goal again last night and I had not paid attention to Dele's contribution - obviously he played a role in winning the ball back, but he continued his run after Kane got the ball, and that run drew the CB out of position to track Dele - leaving the middle of the box open for Kane's pass, and Sonny's header.

Kane and Sonny both were great on that play - but Dele's run is what opened up the play. Just another unstated contribution that Dele makes - in addition to his assist on the first goal.

It's a thing that both Dele and Eriksen do really well and doesn't get noticed unless you focus exclusively on them throughout a match. It's part of why the two of them are always so high on distance covered stats. They tirelessly move to positions to occupy space or opposition players as need be.

Most of his running off the ball and work rate gets continuously overlooked by a lot of our fans.

He is a Rolls Royce of a player- amazed at the stick he gets on here. I can see why Poch loves him.

He may get his fair share of stick on here, but however bad it is on here it's nothing to the stick he's getting at every away ground we play at these days.

Did anyone else notice those morons from Bournemouth booing his every touch today, and singing the moron's song...'He's diving again, he's diving again, Dele Alli, he's diving again...' It's now gotten to the stage where even referees are refusing to give him some blatant free kicks.

In one instance today, he was shoved into Row M of the stand by one of the Bournemouth defenders down by the corner flag, and the ref gave a throw in to them...!

What makes this worse and even more stupid, is that the same idiots booing him today will be singing his praises when he scores for England at the World Cup in a few months time.
