As much as I want to be positive I just can't see how it won't be serious looking at the picture.

My bets 6 weeks minimum

There’s quite a few comments on here and twitter we were better when he went off. It’s something I’ve thought about before but seems ludicrous to suggest and it’s almost impossible to prove. But Kane shots per goal ratio is actually very poor possibly highest in league at 5.6. Effectively he scores a goal a game. Therefore that’s 4.5 situations that are essentially wasted, where possibly another player may have kept the ball moving and created a better chance. As said it’s really impossible to prove one way or another. But it’s kind of interesting. I think it’s almost the Man City scenario. They really do like to walk the ball into the net. Would we score more from those 4.5 other situations with other players who can say. Seems ludicrous to say we could actually score more goals without Kane, but personally I don’t think it’s that ludicrous.

Back for Chelsea with a nice few weeks off avoiding internationals.

Blessing in disguise, probably come back totally refreshed for the run in.

I think if Harry is saying he's confident then that's the best indicator possible at the moment.

He's had this injury before and will know his own body, yes the photo looks bad but ligaments are incredibly flexible and sometimes a player will have a similar incident and feel nothing, the photo means nothing.

May as well flog him then.

I remember a picture doing the rounds after the Millwall game that looked exactly the same, hopefully he's not out for the same amount of time (6 weeks) otherwise that's most of his season finished.
Think Millwall one was 4 weeks. He played against Bournemouth which was just over a month after, so he must have been back in training a week or so before.

We proved it today too. Wasn't a win by the skin of our teeth either, scoring four without your main goal scorer no matter who the opposition is is impressive.

Yup and although I'd rather have Kane in the team, Eriksen, Son, All and Lamela all rotating and moving around constantly in forward positions has got to be a nightmare for defences when they have no one main target to pick up.

Also gives a chance for Moura to get a run out (y)

It'll be interesting to see, because we have so many options, and so much movement in attacking positions. Kane needs a rest and recovery, and he's not been himself the last few weeks. There have to be fitness/injury issues going on, prior to today, because his energy and movement have been nothing like he showed earlier in the season in the home games against 'Pool and Real.

The MOTD analysis was very interesting. The dele Son Lamela rotation makes us virtually a completely different team in a 433 with Eriksen pulling the strings.Almost very Liverpool like. At least good to know that looks a decent option.

Be a shame if he is out for a while as he’s so so close to that 30 league goal mark...

This will stop him winning the golden boot and sadly it could happen every season. Once the ankle becomes weak it continues like this, it could cost us an fa cup , we can’t miss him for any longer than 4 weeks imo
