'I've done some stupid stuff but you just cannot do that.' @Joey7Barton gives us his reaction to a video which shows #LFC legend Jamie Carragher spitting at a 14-year-old #MUFC fan and her father...

There really is no excuse for this. It’s bad enough on a football pitch against grown men let alone directly at a 14 year old girl cos her dad’s being a bit of a twat. It’s unforgivable really. Will be interesting to see how Sky react because he’s definitely one of their main men and it’s a million times worse than saying ‘I’d smash it’.

Was listening to Barton and Brazil on Talksport this morning, they said they'd been watching SSN for the past 2 hours and it wasn't mentioned once despite it being on front page news in the papers. Barton said if it had been him SSN would be mentioning it every 5 mins, hes bang on, disgrace In anycase MNF should be very interesting tonight, im sure Sky have briefed Neville not to open his trap about it though lol

Jim White on soon. He’ll have to talk about it.

No surprises Sky aren't talking about it, it's about someone who works for the company so they're not going to mention it as it makes them look bad.

If Rio Ferdinand had done it you can bet your life they'll be talking about as he works for BT.

I think this could be a fake story guys, after all there's not even a mention of it on Sky Sports News :sneaky:

Joey Barton on Talksport is going in on Sky for this very reason. Alan Brazil is talking nonsense as usual but Barton is talking a lot of sense.

My United supporting pal is loving this. He hates them to the core and thinks they're all "vile scumbags from rat infested slums".

I actually think carragher is one of the more balanced pundits but I can't see him keeping his job after this.

So how has this been leaked?

Happened years ago no?

Ok. In half asleep. This happened on Saturday.

He'll get sacked for this and rightly so. Skank Manc family involved. Both parties come out looking very silly.

No love for Carragher but how is the father not getting done for dangerous driving? Not only was he driving like a bellend but he was on his phone videoing it at the same time?

I have come to quite like Carragher's punditry but that's pretty disgusting behaviour.

What on earth was he thinking to gob out his car window at someone?

He has left Sky in a bit of a dilemma here - they will have to be seen to do something.

He's made himself look like a real lowlife here.
