I was the same until I noticed on the BBC site that at 0-0 time was running out for United to score or go into extra time, was lured in and handsomely rewarded.

I would have also enjoyed a 2-2 LOL

Sweet justice for their boring, negative tactics. They didn't even try to score an away goal and they've been well and truly punished.

I'm proud that Spurs really gave it a go against Juve, at least we didn't die wondering. United have gone out without ever properly going for it.

Give me Poch and positive, attacking football any day.

The pundits were sitting in the studio going “Sevilla offered nothing for the first 70 minutes” completely ignoring the fact they waited till 70 minutes to bring on their best striker then go for it. Almost like that it was their gameplan to plan for a nil nil then try and grab an away goal!

I'm actually disappointed the mancs are out, while they were concentrating on the CL we could've snuck up and caught them for 2nd spot, now they'll be focused on the league.

I want to see Chelsea out but do not care who wins it now we are out.

The main problem with United being shite is that they could literally buy half our first team and Poch without even calling the bank manager.

So in some respects I would be happier if they were playing well.

You would think United would be familiar with a game plan such as this. Apparently they weren't becuase bringing on Pogba and not McTominay completely opened up channels to get the ball to said 'best striker'.
