Moyes took his Sunderland boys to New York in Feb 2017 for a break, they picked up 5 points from the next 13 games.

Don't begrudge them a chance to take a well earned break in the sun.Hopefully they should come back fresh and ready to get us over the line in our quest for honours this season.

Spuds lost a CL at home to Juve (we can but dream) no time off, did extra sessions on Saturday morning before travelling down to B'mouth for the game on Sunday ... day off Monday, then did extra training Tuesday, and planned extra training for Thursday, to practice tactics to cover for their injured players before the FA Cup game on Saturday ...

West Ham .... lost to Burnley .... feck off to Miami for a holiday ....

One's a top 4 side one's in a relegation battle .... I wonder why?

This trip seems like a desperate attempt to keep the players happy in the face of fan discontent. Cannot for the life of me see any other reason why they'd wanna give them all jetlag and, effectively, give the players a reward

Do you like to see men in shorts surrounded by ladies in bikinis in a beach setting?

Do you like to watch people running in very slow motion?.

Do you like drama? And comedy? And tragedy? And farce?

Do you want to watch a number of people out of their depth, not knowing if they will be saved or end up dead in the water?

Then watch today's episode of the David Sullivan production

What's the difference between this and the winter break that the Premier League want to introduce?

Or us going to barcelona etc... most teams will get away for a week if they have no game. Just suprised they are going to miami as it could result in jet lag. Although if they are back a few days before southampton they should be fine.

I just can’t imagine us ever going on a warm weather training camp and then seeing pictures of the whole team on the beach. Just seems totally unprofessional.

Why? They can't train 24/7 and are allowed time off. The whole point is partly to give them a physical and mental break for a few days as we have no winter break.
