Vorm
Trippier Dier Foyth Davies
Wanyama Sissoko
Lucas Eriksen Son
Llorente

Gazzaniga Sanchez Vertonghen Aurier Dembele Lamela Dele

With that lineup we will lose imo.
This is our only chance of winning anything this season has to be full strength team for me

Llorente did score regularly on this pitch and scored for us on this pitch. Would not be the worst decision in the world if he were ti start

What's wrong with you people. This isn't the 3rd round against non leaguers. This is the QF against a Prem side but not only that its also the only thing we can still win AND the last 2 rounds will be home matches for us!!

Anything other than full strength is ridiculous.

I just don't think he gives enough though. Not sure I'd use those points as any sort of reasoning to play him, his goal was clearly offside that day and other than that he was completely anonymous. I hate to say it but I can't help but feel that with him starting we're straight away making life a bit more difficult for ourselves.

We have a few matches without Kane now with Son leading the line for us and not only do I think that's the right and strongest option anyway, it would be a good chance to get us up to gear in that setup.

What exactly are people resting our big guns for? Their international fixtures?

Dembele, son, verts and dele aren't going to sit this one out to give the reserves a run out...

Foyth isn't ready to face PL standard opposition at CB. Hes good, but not yet.

As most people. Full capacity and best possible 11. Swansea are in good form and seem to have escaped what I thought was an inevitable relegation.

Swansea are experiencing a strong resurgence under Carlos Carvalhal. At home they have beaten Liverpool, Arsenal, Burnley and destroyed West Ham.

If we go anything other than full strength they will beat us too. This isn't a game for Foyth and I would only play Winks at a push to rest Dembele for Chelsea.

-----------------------Lloris------------------------------
Trippier---- Sanchez----Vertonghen-----Davies
-----------------Wanyama---Winks------------------
Lucas---------------Lamela--------------------Eriksen
-------------------------Son------------------------------

Subs: Vorm, Aurier, Rose, Dier, Sissoko, Dembele (no Sissoko if Dele is fit)

Chelsea is 2 weeks after.

Of course it would be crazy to rest any of our players for this. At most we have 11 matches to be played over 9 weeks. It's hardly the most punishing of schedules even taking into account the international friendlies. I can see no reason whatsoever to risk not qualifying for the semi-finals by not fielding our strongest possible team - it's not like we're 5 matches away from the final, or have an important Champions League tie coming up, or are going for the league.

Vorm
Trippier Toby Jan Davies
Dier Wanyama
Lucas Eriksen Lamela
Son

So as strong as possible while giving Lucas and Wanyama time on the pitch to get to their best because we will need them over the next few games.

The 'T' formation, could clog up some space in the middle of the park but we'd probably get dominated on the wings.
