Yeah, okay I just hope the upper tension cable gets to it’s upmost elevation with the utmost haste.

Looks like a few days of disruptive weather so that is not going to help.

Five minute intervals on the time lapse 2 camera show the lift is really moving apace this morning.

Not sure what happens next, at the Volgograd it was installing the cantilevers (these have already been lifted at nwhl), then transfer of jacks to the lower tension ring....

We can’t be far off the end of the first lift?

I guess we need to see the jacks on the south stand clear of the high part of the south stand terracing before this phase is completed? It might be today at this rate.

Hopefully the below helps people to understand what is 'in the air' vs the sectional drawing, red=cables, blue=steel work and yellow=cable "connectors" present on the south stand cables.

Wow it’s really flying up, looks about halfway now. Can’t wait to see the bowl clearly without the roof ring across it. Feeling we will be blown away in a few days how this looks.

Might actually be tomorrow well sunrise. Can actually see top of roof arms above east stand now.

The roof lift seems like it's not far off top height now.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what the next steps are from the current position?
