I don't think I would want to travel to Russia as things are atm. Can imagine the reception "English" club supporters will get from the public or the authorities.

Tbh i doubt they'd be any trouble with the world cup coming up. Putin wont want bad publicity.

I'm not sure he'll worry any more than after the fiasco in France where Russian military groups accosted Brits. It'll help is election campaign.

Students went to an art gallery and left a pineapple they bought at the local grocer on an empty exhibit to see whether people would see it as art. When they returned four days later not only was the pineapple still there but it was covered in a glass case.

It feels horrible to watch Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool and now Arsenal have success in this competition with seemingly little effort, whilst we got nowhere near the trophy in nearly 10 years of trying.

I know Liverpool were only runners up and Arsenal still have work to do but boy is it annoying

I'm not sure we gave it 100% there were plenty of half arsed performances against teams that wanted to win while we didn't.

Looks like AW going for it ..

Arsenal: Cech; Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal; Mkhitaryan, Ramsey, Xhaka, Wilshere; Ozil; Lacazette
Subs: Macey, Holding, Iwobi, Chambers, Welbeck, Kolasinac, Elneny

He would be insane not to. Arsenal are like Real Madrid. The games in Europe are all that matter.

Still struggling to see how you can give a penalty there, Ozil never had control of the ball it was going to be collected by the keeper easily.

L’arse are on fire tonight. Find it hard not to admire Ramsey a bit. Their longest serving player on the pitch? And I like English teams to do well in Europe.

But it’s L’arse, I feel dirty...
