That just sums up England's lack of any nous at the breakdown. Sinckler is first on the scene and probably gets a turnover, but Robshaw comes in and instead of supporting him or clearing out, he tries to snaffle ball as well and ends up pushing Sinckler down and off his feet, doing the Irish job for them without their input.

Fucking hell, Try two. This is going to be a long day.

Watson fucked it completely. Kearney looked to have knocked on though.

England just making silly mistakes

Thought Watson had as much control as the grounding of the try Wales had disallowed at Twickenham (which wasn't very much), and there was huge consternation at that being not given.

I like how he just let Sexton ref the game for him rather than sending him off for a blood replacement.

Stinks the joint out for half hour, Farrell then strings two consecutive phases of competent 10 play together.

That will keep the world class narrative for the Sunday papers.
