I for one get really irritated by the situation with regards to the likes of Reo Griffiths. Firstly he is not as good as he thinks he is. If he was good he would have played a lot more games for our struggling U23's side (currently he has played ONCE with two sub appearances) and he would have received an England Youth (U18's or 19's) call up. He is promising (but so are 15 or so other kids at Spurs). He is either receiving very bad advice or his ego is bloated to say the least. For goodness sake Reo get your head down, show some humility, work hard and just maybe (and it's a big maybe) you might make it.

Have the club missed a trick here? Obviously not going to be able to keep hold of every youth prospect, but seems from the outside we messed around with offering a new contact

difficult to say without really knowing the ins and outs.

griffiths divides opinion in here, i've never been particularly convinced by him myself despite the goals but obviously i'd rather we kept him than not, if he does go though then good luck to him.

Interesting parrot been thrown in at just turned 16. Must be rated. So wonder if griffiths was injured today or we’ve seen last of him.

And is it parrot or parrott his own twitter is tt. ?

It will be disappointing to lose Griffiths because he's got "something". He's not like losing a Ledley but he does have real potential because of his size and power. If he goes, he goes. Wish up him luck and move on.

Generally people know how to spell their own name, if nothing else.

Maybe he wants to leave as he knows he's unlikely to get a chance here regardless of ability. Sancho was praised for leaving City, why would we criticise Griffiths

today was pretty much a repeat of the youth cup game, chelsea just too strong again. we knocked it about nicely at times but didn't really get close to creating anything of note. de bie probably our best player which says a lot, great penalty save and a couple of other decent stops. don't think anyone else was any better than 6/10, hinds perhaps who at least had the odd positive run forward.

Skipp seems to have played a lot of games across multiple age groups this season

Feels like they should just hand all the trophies to Chelsea at the start of the season. This wasn't when their full strength side. So much depth there

Elliot Thorpe despite being injured for ages and featuring once for our 18s this year has been called up to a Wales u19 training) camp in Croatia. He was initially on standby. Wales have a good youth team and to be called up,fir an older age group when you've barely played says a lot
