I thought it'd be obvious we'd attack the Kop end in the 2nd half?
Didn’t occur to me, probably should have. I’m just conditioned to seeing a left winger flying past me in the second half after the past few decades sat in the west upper. Why do you think I’m so Ginola obsessed?

Can't believe system is still working - was hoping for a gremlin somewhere which stopped all activity until phase 4

Are they selling pretty well then? Some said there would potentially be a lack of sales due to the prices

phase 1 people by default have high loyalty points and therefore have historically be able to afford to go to more matches than the average fan. More money means they have more wiggle room on the pricier tickets.

Later phases may be more telling if people tell them to forget it or not.

Do you really think this will be the view from a front row seat at the end of an aisle??!

But wait, I thought anyone who had money for the expensive seats was by default a lesser fan, and all proper fans were only able to afford the cheaper tickets?

That’s how I understand the law of the land!

I’m phase 1 due to my longevity and high amount of loyalty points, but have made the choice to sit in a far more affordable area of the ground with a worse view than I always have as needs must. Also means I’ll be able to attend more cup games as they’ll invariably be priced lower by about 33% than if I’d chosen a seat equivalent to what I always have. By contrast, the bloke who’s sat next to me over the past two decades is going for a more expensive ticket than before with likely a better view.

Different people have different circumstances, including money but not exclusively money, for sitting in certain parts of the ground. Has nothing to do with how good a supporter each person is.

tbh looking at the amount of sold seats so far was expecting much less availabitly by now. Guess everyone is stressing out about it forgetting we now have a 62k capacity stadium.

don’t understand the logic, surely you want away fans up in the gods like they do in Spain....
Its a requirement in the PL now to have away fans pitchside

Newcastle and Man Utd have extra time to make this change but I guess we have no excuses with a brand new stadium
