What areas are selling best so far?
It is creating anxiety for those that can't buy yet but it looks as if anyone in the first five phases will get one of their first choices of where to sit.

Sections 205-207-209 are selling well but still plenty of seats available

Yeah I actually reckon it will be and I have no idea why the club have done this

And it’s not the only one...there’s lots of seats around the stadium with that glass panel right in the way. Pretty much any row of seats right over a gangway

Must be a fall prevention law.

More than once in my life I have tumbled down stairs where i'm out of control but on my feet. If the bottom of the the wall is on 3' high it will be easy to tumble over it. A glass screen is much better than thick bars you usually have

Doesn't look at the moment if the first 5000 season ticket holders have gone rushing in to buy , a lot of prime seats have gone but many blocks virtually empty, if all 5000 have taken up the option of a seat then the stadium should be 8% filled.

You’d have to assume that many in the first phase will want to sit with mates and so highly likely they have to wait for a later phase to do so. I’m in phase 2 but will be waiting until phase 7 so that I can sit with my son.

One other explanation could be that some of phase one are waiting to later phases so they can sit with their mates. It's certainly been a topic of conversation in the group of season ticket holders I'm included in.

It's certainly the situation I find myself in...

Yep. It's especially the case if, say, we're tied with a mid-table team heading into injury time, people start leaving, and then we score and they rush back in again.

That's where the system falls down , as you can only buy in the family blocks if buying a junior ticket then surely it should have gone the the holder with the highest phase i.e a phase 1 and say junior in phase 5 or so then allow them to buy in the phase 1 sale, nobody else can go into those blocks anyway.

Yep, exactly that. I'm Phase 1 but waiting until Phase 5 to sit with friends. Hoping we'll still be able to get in South Stand on the £995 prices but will be tight by then I think.

Ditch them, you'll find new friends.

I'm glad that the club have said that seat relocations will be possible under certain circumstances.

When they said, and THST clarified, that relocations wouldn't be possible in future seasons at all, it did seem ridiculous and arbitrary.
Basically the membership/season ticket office can't be bothered. I asked to be relocated at Wembley because of some fans consistently standing in gangways etc, which is supposed to be not allowed and stewards do nothing. I was told by the member/St office that there were no seats available for relocation, Wembley has a capacity of 85000 plus, we had approx. 40000 season ticket holders at Wembley and they couldn't find me another seat even though there was at least 40000 available. Customer relations at Spurs is poor, even West Ham were able to move fans about when they first arrived at London Stadium because of similar problems .

Is the site up-to-date? Because the sales so far look... unspectacular.

Pricing is taking its toll
As others have said maybe people want to sit together and have to wait for a later selling phase. But would customers of any other business put up with the following, Spurs supporters in block 107 are paying £65 per match for a seat, away supporters in block 118 opposite with exactly same view are paying £30 per game . Why should travel costs reflect what you pay for a seat, many Spurs supporters travel miles for a home game and don't get a reduced ticket price.

If they’ve been updated, the only bit that looks like it’s gonna fill out soon is the middle of the south lower. Will mainly be gone by phase 2 I reckon, though the very bottom seats may still be there.
