I really liked Ryan, and rated him too. I really do wish him all the best.

But it highlights, as if we needed to, Poches' real quality as a coach. That he doesn't just teach you how to be a better player, but how to be a better person. Live life bravely yet with dignity. Which in today's society is extremely valuable.

Hope Ryan will return to our club in a coaching role or some sort of ambassador.

I really do admire Pochettino... i think he shares the same values as me and he's got that natural charisma about him. Hope he starts a Fergie-like regime with us and stay for many years to come

But he's not liked that much in the Spurs Youth thread.

really? (is that accurate @IGSpur)

Would love to see Mason back but in a coaching remit....need to be bringing in lads like Scotty Parker, Mason and others to see if we can grow our next coach at home.

I mean there's been so much moaning about Poch "not" giving youngster chances.

I don't think anyone dislikes Pochettino.

Just because he doesn't give many academy players chances doesn't mean he isn't liked, it's just an honest assessment of the situation, and frustrating to those who believe we would benefit from using it more.

actually mis-read the initial comment and thought it referenced Ryan which was very confusing!
