Anyone else think the roof is ruining the view on the stadium cams and they should remove it?
I'm more disappointed that nobody has posted a "raising the roof" gif

But, I have pretty low standards. So, we can go with your idea - remove the roof until the stadium is finished.

Have to remember as well that the top of south stand will be completely enclosed by glass unlike the emirates. I think that’s going to make a massive difference in regards to atmosphere. All the noise will be enclosed and just reverberate around the stadium.

Although I think the glass will look good and will obviously let natural light in and offers a feature outside, I do think we've missed a trick in not making the entire back wall of that stand a video wall/screen. It could work with surfing flags or fans in the stand holding up coloured cards or whatever to create some awesome visual effects. During the game obviously you'd just have a similar approach with the two corners having live footage as we will have, but you could have the score in the middle and some really cool graphics when there is a goal or a sub or whatever. You just know then that whenever there is a match events the cameras would be trained on the enormous sea of support in the Park Lane end to show what is on the big screen. It wouldn't be overkill either, that stadium in Russia or wherever which has it all the way round looks cool, but it's also a bit much, whereas just having it in that space at the back of the South Stand would look amazing.

The more I think about it, the more upset I am that it didn't happen!

The glass and natural light will be great. Hope they don’t build a massive hotel that blocks it out.

Cost! On an already hideously expensive build, adding (even more) unnecessary costs would be foolish!

I not sure if this has been touched on but does anyone know who will be brewing the beer in the microbrewery?

Is it a in house job or will they be getting a local microbrewery in?

I haven't read anything more about this (other than what's on the website), but I'd suggest that it's more likely that Spurs are wanting a slice of the Tottenahm craft beer scene and will run its own microbrewery on site. That said, I'd be surprised if there weren't future collaborations with Beavertown, Redemption etc.

Personally think those walls are too much.Sensory overload for sure. Might look cool on TV, but I reckon in stadium would a nightmare. But it’s probably something that could be installed later if wanted to.

Draft Gamma Ray at the Lane would be the stuff dreams are made of.

We should do a sweepstake on the price for 1 pint. £7 I reckon

£5.50 for me - there will be blood on the concourses if they try and squeeze £7/pint out of us - that's getting on for Dubai/Paris style pricing. I, and most of my crew would not pay that on principle.

Will be £5 for standard - Carlsberg etc. More for craft no doubt. Gamma Ray is £5.50 in my local so will be more than that

When I were a lad going to the football and having a beer was one of the manliest things to do.

What I don't understand is. .. There's gonna be tracks in the nfl pitch for the real pitch to slide out on, how are they hidden in the nfl turf?
