That particular narrative won't change until we win, I'm just bracing myself if we fail to win the FA Cup this season, the media will go in overdrive.
So will this place, amazing how confident some are on here of winning it, although we have a good chance it'll still be very hard to do so.
Ive already prepared for the worst tbh.

Must say my increased hatred for them has definitely come from GSB. Before they showed up I’d have a laugh at them but nothing like this. It’s funny really the hatred felt to them is completely different to Arsenal and Chelsea. The free stadium at the tax payers expense has most likely compounded it. But I’ve never wanted a team to go down and sink into a Sunderland style oblivion more than this lot.

Mark Noble has issued a rallying cry to the West Ham fans to get behind him and the team and, to be fair, KUMB are right behind him, with daggers in hand...

Hammer 1: "People will miss him when he has gone. That is for sure."

Hammer 2: "What will they miss? As captain what has he delivered that we will miss? Did he win a coin toss once?"

:ROFLMAO:
Fans are odd people sometimes, I mean, what is the guy (MN) supposed to do? Say the board are utter t****?
Football at the top Level is often played in the mind, and fan support is a critical element of that. If the knives are out for the players, then the players will not perform, at least not to their fullest abilities.

Yes it's a two way street, the players have to try and give something to the fans, but for a rallying cry from their captain to fall so foul is very telling of the predicament they are in as a club. Either way, my point was more I do not understand what the fans who berated Mark Noble expect? If he says nothing and they lose to Southampton then it's all, the players don't care, no fan interaction, etc... Say something and it's all fake!

It's getting to the point where I almost feel it would be better for West Ham to go down, irrespective of my feelings towards the club. They need that board out and frankly, I feel that Football in the UK needs them out as well.

"By the time she left, 75% of senior management were women."

There is equality for you, they are just more equal!

Not sure why she bemoans lack of equal pay legislation, it is in place it is the enforcement of it which is lacking. The problem with these things is that they invariably end up being about equality of outcome rather than opportunity. There are many reasons why peoples wages differ (experience, qualifications, performance, hours etc) and by looking purely at averages is not the way to do it.

There is a real pressure to do this now or yesterday, but it has to be steady. You are moving from a situation where there were more men in the workplace, men with more experience and that is just how it was. It has to be evolution not revolution, some of these people at the top may have been in their roles for 40 years or so. You cant expect new young women (or men for that matter!) to come in with the same wage despite doing same or similar work.

On asking women if they have children personally don't see it as an issue, the question should be put to men and women.

What is telling in this piece is the ease at which she peddles lies e.g her grades, the presidents club patronage etc and the ease at which she forgets her principles when they suit her; Moyes, Sugar and Sullivan.
So if you have children, you don't get the job? On average most people over 35 aren't as employable as younger people? On what basis?

Oh, make no mistake I'm now a fat old man with dodgy pins who's a country mile past his prime.
However, when I was in my pomp, cutting the rug down at Ritzy, Eltons or Room at the Top I wouldn't look twice at treacles like her. Nope, I'd rather be down Tudor Lodge waiting for kicking out time so I could grab a granny. Much better value.
