So if you have children, you don't get the job? On average most people over 35 aren't as employable as younger people? On what basis?

What a load of shit, at no point did I say people with kids or plans to have kids should not get a job. Understanding someones circumstances can be very important, I travel a lot for work and a lot of the time it is at short notice. If I had kids I would almost certainly have a different job.

Asking someone if they have commitments outside work which may limit flexibility for travel or for occasionally doing overtime is not unfair it is a company doing due diligence.

I couldn't disagree more, from experience, and if you had kids you would understand why.

Why not just ask that then? Instead of have you got kids?

Brady's arrogance, lies and generally narcissistic behaviour riles me up in part because I'd actually like to see a lot more women in the boardroom at football clubs, and she's by far the most prominent figure in that capacity, but she's giving women everywhere, and particularly in football, a bad name.

We need more women at the top of the game - it's not like English football is dominated by a swathe of modern, educated, forward-thinking men - Levy is probably one of the few actually - it's mostly overbearing foreign oil and sports barons like Uzmanov and Kroenke at the scum, testosterone-fuelled macho man-children like Peace at West Brom (aware he's recently left) and vile little old conmen like Sullivan and Gold.

A few intelligent, articulate and successful women appearing at the top clubs would be a breath of fresh air and fresh thinking that the game could sorely do with. Brady is in no way helping that to happen.

Mind you, her daughter is absolutely banging.
And where is your evidence for her being banging are we able to see exhibit A.:)

"West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan has avoided paying £700,000 in taxes on his own family business by funneling the money through the club, according to a court ruling.

Sullivan, 69, was ordered to pay that sum to tax authorities after the court ruled he deliberately tried to benefit from the transfer of £2 million in 2010.

"It is clear from our findings of fact that there was more than one way to provide funding to the football club and one of the reasons that Mr. Sullivan chose to provide funds to the football club in the specific way that transpired was so that [Sullivan] could claim a capital loss. Therefore, we consider securing a tax advantage to have been 'one of the main purposes' of the arrangements."

A billionaire is trying to save 700k.
"Sullivan, who with co-owner David Gold purchased controlling interest in West Ham in 2010, was estimated last year by The Sunday Times to have a personal wealth of £1.1 billion.

Can an existing owner of a club be subject to a fit and proper persons test? Would this arsewipe fail one?

Good question. Not sure if it's on-going thing, like an MOT you have to pass each year? Assume if it's in the same sort of area as "knowing your customer" and "anti-money laundering" that it must be.

But then again it's football, so it's probably not.

Yeah, seems kinda stupid that once you’re in, you’re in.

Still, like keeping Wenger in a job, keeping the dildo brothers at West Ham is in Spurs best interest.

Why? Heaven forbid they get decent, ethical, competent ownership, they might not be as entertaining for the rest of us.

Oh, make no mistake I'm now a fat old man with dodgy pins who's a country mile past his prime.
However, when I was in my pomp, cutting the rug down at Ritzy, Eltons or Room at the Top I wouldn't look twice at treacles like her. Nope, I'd rather be down Tudor Lodge waiting for kicking out time so I could grab a granny. Much better value.

Confidence is high for this weekend crunch game on KUMB;

If we beat Stoke and Southampton at home we will stay up.

We won't.

Sad thing is, I don't actually care right now. Thats what those three ****ing greedy gutless retards have done. If we go down, meh, they will hopefully go sooner. Preferablly bullied out like they are bullying our fanbas

Was doing my weekend Acca today. Had to do Southampton. For a moment I thought hang on are you really thinking this through or just a wish. But however much mark no caps noble talks it up, it will be in the players heads. Normally your natural mindset for a home game is positive. Ultimately it’s still a football pitch, what gives the home side the edge is that inner belief before you even step on the pitch, I’m at home we should win. However right now West Ham players heads will be full of dread and negativity. Southampton new manager bounce. I’m hoping for more carnage and a nice Acca win. (y)
