Has anyone actually seen a lot of this lad. I've only seen his world cup performances, which were ok, and a 10 minute highlights vid, where he looked very good. He also kept everyone's favourite son Kovacic out of the Croatian national team. Inter fans seem to think he could be the next Pirlo.

Quoted at 70m in older articles.
You can't trust these quotes but let's just suppose Toby is 60m Dembele is 15m and Kondogbia is 70m. If we could effectively swap Toby and Dembele for Kondogbia we'd come out stronger. Seems like Toby won't play for whatever reason and Dembele, much as I love his game, his body is falling apart. Suspect Kondogbia would demand Madrid or Bayern but if we could do that deal we should. Although I'd sooner keep Toby and play 3 at the back.

Sure. He might even be worth 70m, just saying that he would definitely be expensive.

He won't be cheap if he's available at all. Just 70m for Kondogbia might be better value than 44m for Brozovic. Easy to say when it's not my money!

Haven't seen enough of him to judge but slightly underwhelmed (if true).
