I know I said we wouldn't lock this thread again but fuck me, its like some of you are playing chicken with the banstick or something. So here's a five minute cool-off period. And I'm going to repeat, if this thread goes the same way as it has kept on doing, the friendly nudges and warnings have run out.

Although... Just read that clubs can still sign players who are out of contract or register loan players until August 31st... so there may be hope for stuff happening (e.g. loan with agreement to buy) after the window closes. Might this be a possible way to avoid the wrist-slitting?
