It’s not the talk in NZ mate it’s what Levy said publicly- that this project was too big and complex for a contractor to agree to do it for a fixed price.
Thanks mate, it was from architects and engineers who have actually been over and toured the site back in April. For what it’s worth they came back with the understanding the stadium contract was cost plus

My apologies mate, I didn’t know the delegation of architects and engineers from Downunder that visited tha site in April were making it up and had just read a Levy quote in the Sun.

The pitch is now completely empty, no cranes, trains, planes, automobiles or lighing gantries.:)

They have now split the pitch into its three sections, perhaps they are going to wheel it away perhaps to get a photo of the "completed" bowl with the NFL pitch before laying the turf.
They are wheeling it under the south stand righty now.
