KWP. Trippier should be dropped completely.

I agree but Poch isn’t going to drop Trippier completely. Best I can hope for is he goes back to being rotation RB, PSV and league cup games.
It won’t happen though and I’m fully expecting him to be starting some of those massive games this month.

So, Trippier can go stand in the fucking corner....face the corner, finger on lips and don't turn around until I give permission...

Then apologise to your team mates,...

I’d agree but I think Poch might be truly fucked off by him having a go at Foyth.

Fairly new to sport/EPL, good gritty win today vs Wolves,"#GOSPURS" but in my IMO , Trippier has made some mistakes last few games. Thanks for the lead, but damn things can turn quickly in this game. Hope this does not continue. Pattern forming here. Whats your take?

Poch's post-match comments:

Then when we scored the third goal all our thoughts and those in the stadium was that it was 3-0 and it was all over. Then in that moment came the situation and we need to learn. We need to learn that to play seriously is to not make mistakes, don’t concede or give the opponents such a cheap or poor action that they can stay in the game. You know better than me that it is like this and that’s why I’m happy with the three points but disappointed because we are talking about experienced players not younger ones that can learn.

So Trippier is fucking shit. Attacking wise he has two tools, the cross and that damn fucking chip down the line - not so bad tools and his cross today was perfect so kudos to him for that. Defensively he is fucking shocking and ill reiterate it again, there is no wonder the majority of teams target the right side

He should not be our first choice right back/right sided defender - whatever you want to call it.

Fucking finger pointer.

I don't mind having a go at him tonight - he did just have a poor performance, and has been (too) quick to point fingers at others this year - and I hate that more than poor performances.

But, as long as he is still Spurs - he has my support. Just consider tonight to be a little tough love, and if he were to sit out a few matches, it would not hurt my feelings.

He is for sure a talented player, wonderful ball and all for Lucas lets not forget. But, I think Poch is rightfully very pissed off at him. The thing is he made a wonderful recovery first, did everything right, then did the most irresponsible thing you can do. Wouldn't be surprised if he was rightfully made to sit in the corner for a bit. His mistake against Man city wasn't great but he messed up in something he'd usually get right, today he was just purely reckless and irresponsible.

Fingers crossed that puts it over the edge and they try to ship him out.
Should have cashed in this summer when his stock was high. Simply incapable of defending which is problematic when he plays at RB. He only has one role in the squad which is when we play poor teams at home who don’t attack us and when he can do his poor man’s Beckham impression.
