I think you and others are really getting ahead of yourself re: Parrott. He's played about 3 u23 matches and I'm not sure what people have seen him do that has earned him an opportunity to feature for the first team. He's a talent no doubt but calls are far to premature, especially when compared to a lot of others players we've had and how they've performed.

What’s the Liverpool lineup against our U23s? They have several youngsters playing against Wolves this evening.

Roles had a brilliant run full length of the pitch and tried a one two with Sterling who messed up the move.

Would be good to see Roles rewarded. I go on about how 85% of our academy players have the ability to play for our first team or PL football, but I really don't see the benefit of trying out Marsh. I'd be all for it if playing him meant us earning money to invest into our squad but if we're developing SKipp Marsh isn't going to realistically come through, so it's just a wasted squad place I feel which could have gone to Roles, who offers something different and is vastly more talented. Granted he's more of a risk taker, but I don't really get this only try DM/CMs. Very basic, risk averse players, who realistically aren't going to all be able to get games. How Lesniak, Marsh and Amos got closer to the first team than some of our other players I'll never know...well I do know, they work hard, and aren't considered liabilities due to their style, but still.

Some decent home games coming up.. Bilboa in u/23 champions league & goons and Chelsea.

Wish some more would get out and see the future..

Every weaknesses Roles had in the past have gone and he is Stronger,Faster and fitter than he has ever been,his footwork is brilliant but most of all he has a footballing Brain as they say.

If he does not get a chance at some point I will be amazed and very Disappointed,OK if he gets a chance and does not deliver then fair play but if he does not even get a chance that would be madness.
