Are we playing a diamond with Bennet and Tracey up front?
Bennett has been on the left, he has come close once from cutting in from the left and one from picking up the ball more central and just missing the top left hand corner,he also had a good shot from the left of inside of the box that just went wide, Tracey up Top he has done OK.

I undoubtedly know less about our youth set up and players than anybody else reading this thread, but I have to say that I am completely mystified by the continued non-appearance in the first team of KWP. With Trippier having a terrible season and Aurier consistently proving that he's unfit for purpose I don't understand why a clearly talented player who has been excellent in his very limited opportunities has been consistently overlooked.

much as I am big fan of KWP it's only fair to say that he to has made mistakes the handball at Palace and the poor decision at Barca spring to mind -

Hes young enough to learn from them and any player will be more prone to mistakes if they never get any continuity in game time.

Trippier makes heaps of mistakes and at his age should have already learnt and doesn't have the lack of continuity as an excuse.

I agree on both counts Kyle has a way to go still but has a lot of potential - as a youth team player he matured greatly throughout his second season but was always better going forward but that tends to be the way in what was a dominant youth side. He has time and he has football intelligence on his side but you have to say its a big risk playing him - bigger than the other two I don't know

'Mistakes, I've had a few
But then again, too few to mention'

I'm with Frank here.

All players make mistakes.
Foyth has survived giving away two penalties
in the same bloody game.
He's still in Poch's frame.
I'd back KWP for an extended run
especially with Sissoko backup.

Have been very impressed with Harvey White the few times I have seen him. The fact he has a wonderful left foot can only help him too.
Next thing for him to add over the next few years is strength and a half a yard of pace everything else is there his passing is top draw and he is a intelligent player as well and as you say that left foot from free-kick corners and balls into the box are spot on.

As good as White was last night their was players from the u18s who played very well Bennett was very impressive and could have had a few goals in this match he has been a bit quite of late but he was back to his best last night, BLF defending was of high quality and everyone else knows how good he is on the ball, Cirkin was a handful as well going forward and defending and he is a strong Lad and this will benifit him going forward.

Apparently Kurlyowitz has come on for Oluwayemi in goal. Must be an injury. Other subs are Cooper, Pedder and Whittacker.
