Wouldn't be surprised if Aulas offered a lesser fee to PSG also
Why would he do that? He is clearly talking about them to try to get a bidding war going. Defeats the entire purpose to cut the price for them.

Kids this is why you shouldn’t smoke the reefer...

We are 4/1 favourites to sign him with Sky Bet, 6/1 Bet Victor. Surprised city aren't shorter odds..

Blimey - little though that means in the grand scheme of things, IMO

Just imagine: If we kicked the transfer window off with Sess and Ndombele, that would be absolutely incredible.

In a realistic scenario, those two, with a RB and another CM (Lo Celso, or alike), would be as good as we could possibly hope for.

Fingers crossed

If you change the specials at the top of that link you can see the odds for the likes of Sess and Lo Celso. Quite interesting that David Brooks is 2/1 fav to join us, Tripps 4/9 on to go to Napoli etc.

It’s just weight of money, they don’t have any insight.

I think we would go in for Brookes if Eriksen leaves.

Obviously not on Eriksen level at the moment but Brookes did look very talented in his first season in the Premiership.

Would quite like Brookes even if Eriksen stays.

Him, AWB and Ndombele would be a brilliant window

This is one of those "every time I see someone bump this thread I pray it's a solid link stating we are close to signing him" threads.

As @Sandro30 says above, it doesn't mean anything other than that people have placed money on it. A paper makes up some nonsense transfer rumour that does the rounds on twitter, loads of people see that and stick a fiver on it, and so the bookies shorten the odds. The bookies are no more ITK than any of us and the odds they offer are not a true reflection of the probability, just a reflection of the way the money is going.

Only just signed a new long term contract with Bournemouth though.

Do you mean pro-Ndombele thread?
I'm willing to bite and not be judgmental, who would be your alternative target? You're quite clearly not keen on him so I am curious who you think we should be targeting instead.

I’m gonna guess Lewis Cook or James Ward Prowse, you know someone who is PL proven!
