My fotmob app says he's starting but in central midfield which can't surely be right. Anyway they're losing 1-0 at half time. 1-3 Down on agg.

not watching as i couldn't find a stream again but would imagine he's either #10 or left wing. excelsior's twitter is just full of tweets of edwards being taken down at every opportunity.

I got no idea how the Dutch relegation playoffs work but they drew 1-1 so they're relegated I'm guessing. Edwards played the whole match, so he must have done ok for the coach not to take him off in such an important game. Just strange that he benched him for so many of the previous games.

No ill reports about attitude lately.
Give him a go.
At least bring him back
before we lose him.
Seems to have the talent
Maybe save us 20 million or so.
One of our own.

There hasn't been one negative comment about his attitude all season, the closest you'll get is that he was described as introverted/shy

He's signed with Base Management, who have the likes of Walker and Sancho. Would think this increases the chances of him moving on, if anything. They'll want to get him playing regularly.

Makes him look like a dick if he stays another year simply to try to increase his wages after that.

I'd like to see Edwards given another opportunity during pre-season tours.

His talent looks limitless, but he does need to pass more. He reminds me of a young Sterling a lot.

He should go back to the Championship and see if he can tear it up there; he's a year or two older now so hopefully he has better luck than his Norwich days

If he helps a club gain promotion, he'll have plenty of PL suitors

That's if we don't want to include him in our 19/20 squad

Nah, get him back and give him a run in the League Cup and against the relegation fodder. Poche has a good record at putting his youth players in the first teams.

He does, but it seems as though he's selective. If Edwards is 20, there are younger players Poch has given more game/bench time too than him. Suggests he's not decided on him yet.

He still needs a loan elsewhere I reckon, needs to play a full season not just the sporadic 3 or 4 cup matches with us.

Am i reading the graphic right, he had a close to 100% tackle success rate? Wonder how many tackles he attempted?

Still looks very good for him on the defensive side of things!

Unless he signs a new contract there’s little point loaning him this summer.

It’s not something Levy seems to do much, but I wonder if selling him for a nominal fee but with a nice automatic buyback clause would be the way to go.
