We have to hop it across madrid by taxi from cuatro vientos. I've never been to madrid so no idea how busy its going to be. Offload those with tickets, and head to a bar for a siesta. Hopefully i'll sleep solid until 1 hour before kick-off.

There’s tickets floating out here for £1200

Started at £1700 but I got him down. I’m sorted anyway but thought I’d let you chaps know

I reckon it’ll go down closer to game time we get

Also....hurry up and get out here! All scousers so far!!!

Same fear. Are you going on your own mate? I am going with a friend and meeting a few there and if I find somewhere good I could message you or vice versa?

That is if I make it, I am flying to Valencia tomorrow night with an 1 hr changeover in Frankfurt (same terminal and I am sure it's a bastion of German efficiency) and then train to Madrid Saturday morning. But if I miss my transfer the chances of getting a flight to Madrid are next to none and then it might make sense to go back home and watch it in N17!

Got a bit of a dilemma and not sure how to resolve...
I've posted before about my mammoth return journey (via Marakesh and Nuremburg) but I can't check in to those return flights until tomorrow. Marakesh requires printed boarding passes... I will be in Spain by the time I can check in and print tickets...

The geezer I chatted to who was selling was in plaza mayor. I see him sell at least one ticket and take a few numbers down etc

I can get his number if I see him again and anyone interested, I’ll pass it on.

I’ve not seen the tickets because I’m already sorted so can’t vouch for what they’re like.

I am due to fly out on my own Sat morning but meeting up with others there - my 6 yr old is Spurs obsessed so if I can't get a match ticket I'd rather be here watching with him. Decisions, decisions, decisions.........

Happy to hook up however if I do make it out there....

Yes phoned them this morning, actually got through quite quickly. Couldn’t tell me anything about flight times, still confirming them with Stansted?, hope that’s not true and he meant to customers. I pushed him on estimated times but he said he couldn’t! So I still know nothing!?

If you are staying in a hotel they will print for you.

Many places you can print. Find an Internet cafe, or at a copy shop. In the past I used to walk into hostels I wasn't even sleeping at and offer to pay for printing. Never had a problem.
