I'm also disappointed in missing out on a CB I didn't know existed a week ago...gosh darnit! (In all seriousness it is annoying and just dull at this point that this happens)

Let’s wait and see. My opinion, not looking good. Past 48 hours, all the noise I heard from within was ‘good as done’ just ironing out minor details. Even down to looking at areas and houses/flats. Typical haggling rather than paying the money. If this goes feking tits up, you know where the blame should be laid.

Makes sense now why we're going after Kelly. And some of my us hoped we would actually change how we operate. Laughable

Did people really believe that we would be hoping to get both Dragusin and Kelly? It was so obvious as soon as the Kelly news was reported and that 5-head German journalist mentioned Dragusin.

The minute there was serious interest from a club like Bayern we should just have paid up. Our only hope is he wants the PL more than Bayern... clutching at straws.

🤣🤣🤣Levy being Levy. He’s going to fuck over yet another manager. After 20+ years of abject failure surely nobody is surprised are they?

Most people hadn’t even seen him play 3 weeks ago (me included)! No point losing your marbles over it. They’ll be other CB’s.
Sake, it’s not that. It’s that Ange wanted a centre back in early and we moved on from one for being too expensive and have dropped the ball on another for the sake of haggling. Being left short again.

Thanks for the info.

Very disappointing if we ended up losing him, Genoa got the bidding war that they're craving for.

No we just stupidly wasted time haggling over a very reasonable asking price that now risks jeopardising our season.

After selling Sanchez between windows without a replacement resulting in us fielding 4 full backs for weeks on end.

We remain a ridiculous and stupidly run club.

Anyone have any idea who is the common denominator of all this foolishness for the past 22 years?

Hoping the random links 🙏🏻 the Sevilla chap are true and he's holding the shirt tomorrow. Not impressed. He was supposed to be the easier option than Tapsoba so it gets done quicker but we've done our usual fucking about and left our selves fucked again

I don't think anyone is dissapointed about missing out on Dragusin, rather that after a month with no CB and the replacement getting injured we should do better.

We are such a pathetic club at times. €30 million is not an outrageous amount of money this day and age

Dragusin refused to let Levy run his fingers through the man-bun and negotiations stalled.

I see the real truth here.

If we'd sorted this out earlier, what's to have stopped Bayern putting the money on the table then? It's what big clubs do. Wait until the deal's been brokered then match. I get that blaming Levy is always on simmer and ready to boil at the drop of bad news, but can we be realistic? Bayern fuck every club, best we can do is match and hope he fancies a proper league.

I’m sure there are plenty of other good CBs but this doesn’t look great given how desperate we are at CB.
