Fucking hell, someone could do with getting laid. If that's not an open then can I recommend running a hot bath, loads of bubbles, a number of candles lighting, put a bit of Barry White on Spotify and knock one out, you'll feel alot better trust me.

I know he didn't start but came on after 65 minutes when Chelsea where 4-0 up. He assisted 2 goals in the 77th and 81st minute to make it 6-0 and supposedly wasn't at fault for Boros consolation goal so I'm assuming he did well in the 6-1 win?

Sorry it shouldn’t be an insane expectation nor am I self absorbed. I was raised to have consideration for others. We live in a time where with DVR and streaming services etc people don’t need to view games live but can watch them at their leisure. Add to that with the internet someone can find the score of a game in a matter of minutes. Why therefore would someone presume that people on a thread not about a specific game want to know the score? It’s no different than telling someone who the murderer was in a whodunit that they were possibly going to watch . . If anyone is self absorbed then it’s people who unasked post the scores from other games. The least they could do is put a Spoiler Alert. As I say It shows a lack of consideration for others and quite frankly I’m amazed and depressed that so many on here are defending it. A sign of the times, I suppose!

That’s my last word on the subject so flame away to your hearts content.
I frequently stay away from scores to watch later in all the sports I follow.

If it's Arsenal, I'd stay away from the Premier League thread and Arsenal thread.

If it's Senegal, I'd stay away from the Afcon thread and the Sarr thread.

and if it's Chelsea like today I'd stay from the Carabao and Gallagher thread.

This is just Avoiding Results 101 stuff. Nothing to be amazed or depressed at.

Why have you posted at 4.30am UK time?

My phone has just pinged through a thread notification waking me up from my slumber.

How inconsiderate of you...

Just add some further fuel to the fire, because this post is nuts.

GET. THE. FUCK. OVER. YOURSELF.

It annoys me too, when it's Spurs (cause that's the team I support), for other teams I couldn't give a fuck. But it happens. I've had it happen in the real world too, been out at a family lunch that I can't get out of and some idiot on the table across is talking about the live game updates he's getting on his phone.

Yes it's annoying, but the best you can do is stay clear of football related sites and places and then you'll be ok.

Or you can realise that being invested in a game for a team you don't support is also pretty pointless.

While we’re on the subject of spoilers, all the “Luke, I am your father” jokes totally ruined Star Wars for me.
