MrsK Im sorry but a lot of that article is simply out of date, cancer treatment is such a rapidly developing subject that any quotes from the mid 90s are simply out of date.

Also, the part about chemotherapy being ineffective on Hodgkins lymphoma is simply not true, as chemotherapy has been shown to be extremely effective in treating that disease. There is a tiny chance of relapse after around 3 years of being all clear.

I will admit that chemotherapy is a horrible treatment, due to the nature of how it works. However as far as I am concerned it is still a lifesaving treatment.

Also, information taken from non academic websites can be very unreliable - made up facts, etc. I wouldnt place serious trust in that site.
