It was a comment on a hypothetical situation. If Toby has to be sold this window and City offered us good money, I would rather he went there on our terms than to United if we didn't get Martial in return. And that would niggle Mourihno as a bonus.
Thanks for the reply. Was wondering if people were posting on this when not even following the game. I rate josh highly and really think he is worth Spurs putting the time in. Villa love him....hate him.... love him etc With the right tutoring he could be a real asset.
Last two seasons we were devastating going forward and solid in defense. Now we are lethargic going forward and unsure in defense. Toby is out ok, which explains defense but our plodding attack? That needs sorting swiftly if we are to hand onto the coattails of those ahead of us.
75 min to make a sub against a team sitting back to defend is just so poor.
Having two defensive MF to start a game at home against relegation fodder is poor.
Son scores a self made goal is not a result of being tactically astute, rather innate skill of the player.
Poch really is baffling...
I wonder if there will be retrospective action against Rudigger for elbowing the Watford player in the stomach just before the Watford goal. Commentantors made a passing remark but if that had been Alli for sure there would be a fuss made.
I believe its already arranged. For him to turn down a lucrative contract with Chav central means he has a pretty good handle on what is right and wrong. I'm feeling positive on him being a great at THFC.
I think its safe to say by Ross's actions, he wants to join the mighty Spurs. Everton have lost out playing silly buggers trying to teach him a lesson and he will leave Jan or June next year for a pittance. More fool them. I will welcome him as a player wishing to play and not just to earn the coin.
