Ex-Player Watch Player Watch: Mousa Dembele

I still remember when he played for Fulham against us, skinned Ledley King and slotted it in the bottom corner. His move from striker to midfield was a master stroke. One of my favourite players ever!

    Spurs vs Shaktar

I expect we would play Son as the striker

    Harry Kane

A very interesting watch but i think there are some easy holes to pick in it. In terms of revenue it focuses solely on money brought in via the champions league. Having Harry in the team increases the chance of finishing higher in the league and bringing in greater sponsorship revenue. I think...

    Harry Kane

Surely the "creative offer" can only mean one thing. If he signs the new contract we will officially rename the club the Harry Kane team....

Player Watch Player Watch: James Maddison

Being a flat track bully is not a terrible thing. 3 points is 3 points regardless of who you play and picking more up from the teams you would expect us to beat would be good

Player Watch - Sergio Reguilón (Brentford)

Is his buy back clause linked to his contract? If he were to realise his potential and shine, Levy is normally pretty quick to offer new contracts, so you that remove they buy back clause?

    Top four finish?

I also think now is fantastic chance but i'd expect us to improve again next year. The age of our squad and Poch's ability to develop young players would suggest that there is still plenty of room for improvement. If we get an alternative to Kane we'll have good options through out the squad...

    Top four finish?

I think having so many away games could work in our favour. The opposition will hopefully try and play instead of defending deep with 10 men behind the ball, and having top half teams to play against should reduce the risk of us being complacent.

The Daily ITK Discussion Thread - The Window is open!

How many times have we lost leads this season. Having someone with some pace who can play on the shoulder like Berahino to bring on when the other team pushing forward will allow us to exploit the space behind their defence which we don't currently seem able to do

Given the despair at the moment I wonder where people think we will finish

I's a long way to go but i think top 4. Despite our aweful start last year we still got top 4 last year and that was with our terrible post Christmas form. Once the team has had time to gel, Ade is upfront (and fit)and our style of play is properly established results will improve.

Can anyone help translate this Vertonghen interview?

Starts off congratulating him on winning player of the year, Jan says thanks it's been great been getting lots of calls. Then conversation moves on to moving to Amsterdam when he was only 16 and how he has matured and changed in his time there. Next is advice for young Flemish footballers...

    Team v West Brom

Gomes Corluka Woodgate Hudd BAE Lennon Palacios Jenas Modric Keane Pav If Kings not playing and WBA play a 451 playing hudd at CB would give me time and space to play the ball and push forward if we need to score.

    Harry & Jamie

You need triers to stop you loosing the game though. That’s been the problem with Spurs for years now, we have players with quality but they need a platform from which they can play their game and not worry about chasing each ball. Look at man u, every game they play against the top 4 or in...

    King favouring his left foot

Did anyone else notice that King kicked the ball predomidantly with his left foot. I know he's reasionably two footed but in all the other games i've watched him play his dominant foot is his right. Maybe with this new system we'll get two games out of him a week, one right footed and one left...
