Whether it's 4-5-1 or 4-4-2, I don't think anyone on this site seriously doubts that Ramos is a smarter, more sophisticated coach than Jol. You want to play 4-4-2 with Pav and Bent upfront, but your specified 1st 11, right next to the lovely little cartoon drawings at the bottom of your post, seems to suggest a 4-5-1 with Bent on the bench.
