Match Threads Spurs vs Liverpool - Match Thread - Champions League Final

It did. Fact. The decision wash harsh and gloats to take, but by the letter of the law it’s a pen. @rez9000 has summed it up perfectly. We all want someone to blame and say we were hard done by, but the reality is we we toothless last night.

    New Kit 19/20

The sponsor is also way to close to the badge and swoosh and AIA logo also looks a bit heavier than it actually is. It could well be the actual design for next season, but 100% a knock-off.

    Team v Ajax

2-1 to us and we go through, it’s hardly trying to pull back an insurmountable lead... Tough given our current form and injuries? Yes... but we’re 1 goal behind going into the second leg of a bloody Champions League semi final... if you can’t enjoy that... if that doesn't excite a Tottenham fan...

Match Threads Chelsea v Spurs, match thread.

The first rule of thumb is that you don’t play a backpass inside the width of the posts. That way worse case scenario is a corner.

    RB the options/solutions

Trippier is ‘too slow’ to play RB for us, but Dier is ‘worth a shout‘’?o_O

    New Kit 19/20

The Roma example is the same silhouette, which lots of brands do, but fundamentally the design of our 3rd is unique to us... the map element is a theme across a number of their 3rd kits but they all mostly look different and individual. Us vs Roma vs Chelsea all feature maps, but all in...

    New Kit 19/20

Not really... The map is obviously unique, as it’s of Tottenham and the diagonal lines are a nod to the 85-87 Hummel shirt.

    Top 4 or Silverware ?

There’s no reason we shouldn’t be capable of doing both. We’re fairly regular semi finalist in domestic competitions, so you’re only talking 1 more game to win a trophy which shouldn’t put out top 4 place into jeopardy.

    An Evening With... Spurs Legends

I went one the same thing with the 3 of them back in the summer. It was a good evening. Meet and greet before hand, lots of tales from Ossie about Ricky Villa throughout. If I had a £ for eberytime he said ‘Ricky’ that evening... rounded of with Ossie doing a rendition of Ossies Dream.

What the pundits & media are saying about us

Winning ugly and playing poorly and winning are two different things... we’ve won more games than I care to remember, when we’ve not been great, but ended up getting the result. Winning ugly is when a team don’t let you play and physically bully you, like Watford did in the last 25 minutes...

    Team v Liverpool

The first 10 minutes are crucially important for setting the tone in this one. We need to really be at it from the off.

    Team v Liverpool

I can see the logic because of Aurier’s pace, but him up against Mane scares the shit out of me.... It’s a pen and red card waiting to happen.

Match Threads Watford vs Spurs - Match Thread

It was really poor and a huge disappointment after Monday night. Harry hasn’t been fit since his injury at the beginning of March. He just doesn’t look anywhere near his normal sharp self. He’s not shifting the ball quick enough to get that half a yard of space he needs to get his shots off...

In which case Levy probably snuck in at night and fucked it up... always looking to make a pound note the fella. By the time he’s finished sabotaging the build, the entire stadium would have cost us less than Darren Bent.
