:cautious:
My family making me a Spurs fan, THAT is unforgivable, a few players half arsing it, I'll let them off in a months/weeks/days/hours (delete as applicable)
From what i remember of the second goal the midfield was completely bare, with Maddison just jogging and pointing at someone to cover and Sarr out of position too..
It's pretty hard to be an attacking LB with no midfield cover centrally or on the wing.
And he was one of the only performers...
First time this season i've switched off.
Udogie was the only one that was half decent from what i saw.
Bissouma was trash but all over the pitch was poor touches and passes. It was back to second guessing everything with so many individual errors. A really shit performance and as others...
This article barely scratches the surface!
They are also at risk of receiving a red card every game, being injured every game, and being hit by a bus (although their Range Rovers should shield them from any damage ;)
Thought Sarr and Udogie were excellent and Johnson was very effective especially early on with some great dribbles.
Hopefully we're just getting into form at the right time. A shame for Micky but if he is out for any extended period then it's a great chance for Radu to show what he can do.
With a bit more care in the final third we could easily be ahead.
Maddison needs to play it a bit more simple he seems to be trying too hard to make things happen again and it's not coming off.
I think the game against Barca where the 15 year old rinsed Reggie who then feigned injury to get it off the pitch probably didn't endear himself to Ange...
Think he's gone from doing the simple things and keeping it ticking over with the occasional nice through pass which was coming as part of our passing and moving to forcing it a bit and trying the expansive passes when they're not really on.
Whether that is on him or the team not working as...
So annoying that Luton get back in and look the better team only for a dozy defender to ball watch while Digne runs off the back of him.
Totally undeserved win for Villa.
Micky was clear MoTM.
Notable mentions for Royal and Udogie.
While no one really stood out in midfield or attack Son ran his nuts off and finished off his one on one with his customary aplomb and Werner really grew into the game and was probably the most effective he has been.
