    You’re talking from our perspective with which I agree I’d gladly have him the squad. I’m talking from his perspective. He’s a nailed on starter at Woolwich or several other clubs and I just think that’s what he wants at this point in his career

    Not saying he won’t get any minutes but at this point in his career I think he wants more than cup matches, the odd start against lower competition and 10 min sub appearances. He’d be an upgrade on Moura for sure but he’s not getting into the first 11

    One of the reasons I chose Spurs as my EPL team as an American. I bought my 5 yr old niece the purple Aurasma jersey of his for Xmas last year off eBay and she wears it as a nightie. Would love to see him back at the club in any capacity

    I think he deserves a chance at the backup RWB role. He wasn’t good today by any stretch of the imagination but he’s better at it than Royal. If PEH hits him on that through ball he might have scored. Emerson wouldn’t have been in the box

    I’m not saying the sky is falling as many in matchday threads do. Conte is doing the best he can with what he’s got the only change I would make is Lo Celso into the midfield. And that’s only cuz he’s the closest thing we’ve got to a creative mid right now
