Can a club take the Premier League to a civil court of law , I don't know but apparently at a recent PL meeting one club did threaten legal action over a rule change.
Perhaps someone could argue that the PL is guilty of negligence in enforcing it's own rules and take them to court.
Still would...
This is from Swiss Ramble on Brighton, I find it strange that some quote Brighton as being such a well run club but are they self sufficient.
Brighton's gross financial debt increased by £35m from £374m to £409m, almost entirely from owner Tony Bloom in the shape of an interest-free, unsecured...
Do loans from owners count towards FFP I have no idea, as of 2022 Brighton owed Bloom £499 million which when you consider the value of Brighton compared to Chelsea might even be a higher percentage loan compared to Roman's
However, the club recorded losses of £270m ($336m) in the four seasons...
None of these protests work but turning your back on the game for a minute on Saturday is up there with some pretty naff ideas. Last year it was about the rise in match day ticket prices and what has happened a drop in demand , no , quite the opposite , vast queues trying to get match day...
Would have thought a far more effective protest would be to boycott the pre season game with Bayern at £30 a ticket, pretty embarrassing for Levy to explain an empty stadium to Bayern officials than a protest against Luton which will be lost as not that many will join in .
Being on the top tier...
I just read about it on the football london site , can't see that many joining in.

At the Chelsea hotels they have some themed rooms so I'm sure Spurs will follow suit. Don't know how many rooms Chelsea hotels have but in the year before covid they made £4.7 million profit so not a massive earner but enough to pay some 1st team squad players wages for a year.
Back in 2017...
Wait for the uproar over ticket prices when they publish the latest financial accounts for year ending 2023 , they are due by 31st March in a couple of days and still not published at Companies House.
It is the tall building on the left , the Euros are in 2028 so maybe they hope to finish it before then but not sure how many matches the stadium will host and how much use it will get.
I believe the hotel foundations and basement car park are already in place , finished when the stadium was...
Spurs fans are set to turn their backs to the pitch in the 65th minute of Saturday's Premier League match against Luton in a move backed by the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters' Trust.
Think I'll have a bet we score in the 65th minute.
PS And someone needs to keep up with the current pension age...
That's true, main reason given for no refunds is as soon you buy on TE the sellers account is credited with the cash . They are however making changes to tickets purchased in the members sale , if the match is moved, members can put the ticket on TE, this all starts next season.
4.3 Ticket...
UEFA have just published prize money for next seasons CL so I expect Danny boy will be leading the singing and cheering from his seat for this one against Luton, three points should be ours to keep us well in touch with 4th/5th place and Champions League
Didn't say nothing would happen, just think a heavy fine is more likely hence putting aside £100 million and maybe a small points deduction , all the sensational stories going around about relegation for Chelsea are OTT
That's what the statement says on the Chelsea website , they found "potentially incomplete financial reporting" the £100 million held back comes from various sources.
https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/article/club-statement-28-07-23...
Chelsea FC Holdings Ltd is a PLC but a private limited company, not a public one with shares quoted on the stock market.
Problem with Chelsea is that it has taken someone other than the Premier League or UEFA to discover potential incomplete financial reporting within the club , that is...
