    Who cares about the media? If we keep getting results and he doesn't make any Fulham & Udinese-esque mistakes (which were pretty much some of the worst I've seen and very unlucky to happen so close to one another) then they'll find someone else to pick on. Gomes will become yesterdays news...

    He didn't have much to do tonight which can often be the downfall of even the best keepers, but really top saves at the end to win us the game. Harry has told him to stay put at set pieces for the time being (so it seems) and concentrate on the basics of keeping. This has served him well imo...
