Biggest problem I have is we drag our feet with EVERYTHING.
Spend another month getting Manger X in. Manager X needs a month to assess the squad. Manager X decides what we need but we ran out of time. Don't worry we identified our needs and fix in January. January window is hard. Manager X gets...
Seems like a pretty low risk/high reward transfer.
Low risk from a financial standpoint with the 1 year loan. Biggest issue is he doesn't regain his previous Sevilla form and we are screwed if Ben gets injured.
High reward though as if he does regain his form, its for no big financial outlay...
I am pumped about this window. The Ins weren't loud and sexy, but they are experienced hard-working players with high floors with a very low risk of flopping like our past signings that were shifted.
Like the ITKs said, it's all about the summer. Let's get top 4 and get back up on that upward...
The Charlie/Kane relationship can be easily summarized.
We all have the dipshit brother/sister/uncle in the family. If there is an oddjob, we think "hey, dipshit needs money and I need my house painted, its a win/win." Kane tried to do his brother a solid by letting him be his agent. Problem is...
Such a shame that he and his brother chose short-term success (assuming success) over long-term legacy.
So he goes to City and wins a few trophies over the next 3 years. What about the rest of your life Harry? I don't think anybody will want to pick him up as a commentator or TV analyst. Spurs...
Not worried about his height. Pujol was 5ft 10in (same as Kounde) and Pique was 6ft 4in (same as Rodon) and I think they had a pretty good partnership over the years.
Also no way I am saying they would be the next Pujol/Pique, just saying...
Not at all worried about his stamina. When Poch first became manager, every single player was knackered for our preseason games because Poch was running them ragged to get their fitness levels up.
I'm assuming Poch is doing the same with Ndombele which is good because now is the time to do it.
I do find the fact that Saliba hasn't been announced and the "liking" of the spurs kit to be fairly odd.
Our interest in him is a fact and we thought our "better package" would sway him. However, turns out the non-loan back is a true deal breaker in the deal. So instead of losing him to a...
