Can see Hutton, Jenas, Keane, Pav all going. 2/3 decent players with at least 1 guaranteed starter would be nice.
I think the poster is just being cautious and surely we can agree that while we've had an unbelievable start to the season we'll need to start keeping some clean sheets to grind out those 1-0 wins when we're not at our best. We're not going to be able to score 2 or more every game.

Is anyone getting a little worried by the lack of signings? I know that we need to take our time and it's important to get the right signings. Yes, yes, I know that we usually leave it til the last minute (second sometimes!) and I'm a patient sort of chap and all that.

Unfortunately what we need is a shit load of luck, and quite a few new players who probably won't want to come to us.
There's no point pining for 4th. It might happen but if I was a betting man I'd say we will not finish in the top 4 in the next 5 seasons... and to be honest probably the next...
Although these clubs won't become a major threat immediately (see Man City) I can see them improving season on season as they get better players in, and the following season even better...
Man City didn't manage to get Kaka, but having a better squad than this time last season may help to...
