    What's with the black tape?

    While watching the Spurs game i noticed that when Bale slid in to the boards he had strips of, what looked like, black tape up the inside of each leg. I saw a picture of Jenas training a while back and he had it on his calf? Anyone have any ideas? Im guessing it's medical?!
