    Actually Bayern have the highest commercial revenue (sponsorships, etc.) of any club anywhere See here. Their total turnover (2021/2) of €666 million is higher than ours (£444 million / € 500 million). But yes, they are well run etc. I'm sure the 75% fan ownership plays a decent part in that.
