It's a seller's market after Euro/WC. Ask Arse how they feel about Arshavin. Drumming up a bidding war is what inflates prices. A team might lose 10% value in a player who flops in a tournament, but can gain 30-40% value with a good tournament. The reward far exceeds the risk as a seller.
