Probably but they may be right anyway.

If we can't attract the players we want that doesn't mean there's not £60m available. We might only spend £20m of the £60m that's available

Of course if Harry leaves that doesn't mean the money isn't there it's just that someone else will get to spend it.

Hopefully it'll be spread over 5 or 6 players. We need to sell Jenas, Bentley and probably Huddlestone too. That's 2-3 better squad players. We also need a new striker, preferably two. I'd keep Pav but Harry seems determined to not give him a chance, and if Harry stays there's no point keeping a player to come on in the 86th minute of a game. So we'd have to replace Adebayor, Defoe and Pav.
