Keane for me. PL has found a lot of players lacking. Robbie, we know can stand the physical demands. That is an important fact.

Clearly need to check ur stats before making outrageous claims like that!

AA has done it in the Champs League and has scared some of the biggest teams around. Keane cant get infront of N'Gog............nuff said Im afraid. Dont get me wrong, I think Keane is good but he isnt what we need. He will get in the way of Modric, we need a big target man who is capable of holding up the ball and relieving our defence from the pressure it is currently under.

Eek I guess you haven't checked Arshavin's stats.

Arshbound Arshavin's goal scoring stats bare no comparison to Keanos at club or international level.

Then again they are totally different players.

AA, AA please! But the only reason it won't happen is because he doesn't want to join us anymore and wants £100k a week.

As for Keane if we do get him back we'll have the same prob as a few yrs back with Defoe / Keane partnership. What a mess

Playing together it they were a mess but played apart Spurs had the hightest scoring teams of forwards in the England.

When kept apart, the tag team of Defoe-Keane score more goals per minute than any other.

Come on you Spurs.

The AP and Reuters now reporting that Arshavin - Arse deal is off.

So def RK for me, I'm not even sure Arshavin is a real person anymore... How hard is it to do business with ZSP?!?!

Looks like Arsenal have been given a very similar runaround to us. Which is nice.

Arshavin hasn't done anything in the Champions League :duh:

He looked class in this year's champions league. they were in a hellish group he also pissed all over any of Keane's performances in the UEFA

I didn't think Arshavin looked that great tbh. But then, most people put it down to the fact that he didn't really want to be there.

What do we need a striker who is going to score goals in the premiership to keep us up or a player that is very talented but does not score that many goals and may not adjust to English football.

I would rather take Keane and to be fair if he hadn't of left in the first place no one would even be talking about signing Arshavin.
