Good to see him being honest, but he had the whole of the second half to take responsibility.

At least Lo Celso and Ndomblele caused Chelsea slight problems, before running out of steam. Alli was non-existent throughout. He barely got on the ball in the second half.

Alli told BBC Sport: “Once we went 1-0 down to a sloppy goal – and for me, it was my man so I need to take responsibility for that – it’s a bit of a mountain against a team like this.”

Well take some fucking responsibility. Stick your chest out put your money where your mouth is and try and help to get us an equaliser!!

Sounds like the game was over at 0-1. Good job we managed to keep them out for 49 mins!!!

Not sure what he's doing marking one of the (if not their single) biggest goal threats from corners in the first place TBH.

Still don't think we can afford Alli in the team. At the moment he seems to be in because he runs about a lot off the ball defensively. even if he was still ghosting into the box and scoring i don't think he is good enough as a CM in a 2 or 3 or as part of an attacking 3, or even in a 3 of a 4-2-3-1.

Time to move on as he's not really an impact sub either.

A lot of heads went down and the same thing happened against Palace. This needs sorting out and urgently.

These players need to man up, show some aggression and fight. Not give up when you concede a goal or two, even against a side as good as Chelsea.
This may sound a bit Souness/Keane but I wouldn't mind seeing the odd frustrated yellow card too - at least it shows they care.

Right now we look like the old soft Spurs of years gone by. Not enough leaders, not enough aggression, just shrugging shoulders and dropping heads.

It wasn’t just the players with their heads down. What happened to the crowd. Atmosphere and support was excellent first half. Never heard their fans once. Second half we couldn’t raise a Come on You Spurs. There were seats empty all around me in block 250 in the south stand 2nd half. No idea where they went. Very frustrating when the fans replicate the apathy of the players on the pitch.

He was very frustrating to watch in that second half. Just couldn't pick out a white shirt.

We miss Eriksen so much in this side. So little vision and execution in our build up play.

and dembele's control in the midfield, we replaced them with lo celso and ndombele which is a f**king failure

The mercurial Ali speaks then fails to deliver such an epidemic at our club. Actions speak louder than words so roll up your sleeves, focus then fight tooth and nail every match you play! Give everything to us fans and we will back you to the hilt if you do this!

This club is crying out for leaders and I long for a general in the middle of the park who organises and throws their weight in to make us winners or someone with the vision of an Eriksen. It just seems such a tough mountain to climb that our mentality never matches those we're up against lately surely these are basic requirements.

Souey/Keano were so on the money with their analysis against Chelski. No one is leading in this team and the stats don't lie it's a team in freefall and I honestly can't see a way out of it. I fear our next match we could really get hit hard the soft centred Spurs, lacking in every department is a nod to the 90s and the fact we've built so well to turn this round in recent seasons is in danger of slipping away quite spectacularly.
