I definitely think that Jose aspires towards the team being an efficient machine, all working together as a cohesive unit but we have a way to go before that becomes a reality.

My take is he is so focused on this sometimes he pushes to hard and those that are slightly fragile mentally waiver under his regime.

Yes, definitely a reasonable observation I would say.

If we are a machine it's certainly not a well oiled one.

We're too disjointed at times to be compared to a machine.

Your machine is only as good as the parts you have available. We’ve looked we’ve tried to build a Ferrari out of sticky back plastic, loo rolls, egg cartons and fairy liquid bottles. Maybe start with a Tracy Island first. At least that’ll function.

Well at least we know that his critics will "Rage Against The Machine" all season long no matter what he brings!
