Seems like a very good loan for him. Farke likes to play progressive football and it sounds like he has a clear plan. His plan didn't work in the Premiership but he stuck to his guns which takes guts. One of the main things with players is that they should be able to take instructions from the manager and implement them on the pitch, which is what Skipp seems to be doing at Norwich. I think a big part of what went wrong with Pochettino is that he lost interest/motivation and largely left the players to get on with it without much input from him, and the wheels fell off. Hopefully, Ollie's time at Norwich shows Mourinho that he's able to implement the instructions he's given which could be the making of him.

It's incredible to me that, we already know that we're going to be getting back a fantastic prospect to fill that 2nd DM role next summer. One of roles we probably needed to fill next year already well and truly taken care of.

Amazing what happens when a young player is allowed out to play games under a good manager!
