“Chelsea is a better club than Tottenham in every aspect," says Willian.

I went to see Chelsea a few years ago play Ipswich in the FA cup.
Meaningless game that Chelsea won easily.
90 minutes non stop anti semetic chants and shouting. Didnt sing one thing positive about Chelsea, just how much they hate everyone else.
Absolute scum.

See, he's already improving massively in just a couple of games. :)

He might even start one day! And be really good, the wanker.

The only thing that makes Chelsea a "better" club is the £1bn plus that Roman has spent since he has been there! Means he pockets an extra 100k a week or so that he would at our place.

I'm gutted he didn't join though, he has been a sheer joy to watch every time he has pulled on the chavs shirt so far...

They may be richer, they sure are not better. When we beat them next week, he'll regret everything about Chelscum.

His biggest regret for going there will be a lack of game time and so missing the World Cup in his own country.

One never regrets a dream move!! ;)

Though before we go too far with this, Lamela has yet to start an EPL game as well and we have far fewer players in that position than Chelsea do, so it is not totally surprising that Willian is yet to play much. Am sure he is being eased into it just as much.

Well he's not exactly a regular for Brazil so he won't be at the world cup next season now if he doesn't get enough game time.

Only in it for the money, did a medical for us and then got the call promising him more money and weekends off.

Good riddance.

Could we have dodged a bullet here? There is still plenty of time for him to improve, but I hope he ends up an almighty flop.

I'd love it if they sold Mata in January and you know Willian will have heaps of pressure on him then :D

:ROFLMAO:

If Fernandinho hadn't done well yesterday then I would've said it was a toss-up between him and Willian for worst signing of the season so far. Very early to make a statement like that but surely, if Willian was worth the outlay he would've played some sort of role by now?

As for the Mata situation, Mourinho will always deny that he doesn't like Mata because he's Spanish and chummy with the players who didn't get along with him in Spain, but I really think there's some truth to that...

A damn shame we didn't sign Mata back then. Who knows though, we might not have AVB and a shiny new squad now had we done so.
