Anything over about 16 then only acceptable if you move to a retro shirt.

Cue disagree ratings. ...3 ...2 ...1

Grown men, unless actually playing football should never wear a modern football shirt. Especially out to dinner when on holiday:)
Retro shirts, club polo shirts/ leisurewear is acceptable to show your support, but fitted football tops on overweight middle aged men and women is not a good look.

I know there will be a lot that take offence at this, please don't, it's just a personal pet hate of mine:)

Not as ridiculous as the premier league table last season.

Yeah true. But there's some horrible kits near the top on that. Villa's was awful, proper League One effort. And I liked ours but it really wasn't that great a kit let alone best in league. They can't have a go at people for pointless extras then love our go faster stripes with a straight face

Ordered the new kit on the 9th of this month the away kit payed using PayPal.

Shirt has still not arrived although the money has been taken had no dispatch notification or nothing from Spurs.

Emailed the club 4x and they haven't even bothered to reply to let me know what's happening. Tried through the site and emailing them direct.

Phoned the helpline number to be passed on to some girl who said she will get someone to contact me.

And yes you guessed it no reply.

Absolutely shocking service anyone know what I can do?

Or how I can take my complaint further?!

Email Donna-maria cullen or another Director if you still do not hear back. You will find you will get an answer very quickly. If you have no answer go higher and go to Levy himself.

What's her email address or one of the directors tried emailing some Darren Baldwin I think who I had a response from a few months back when yes, you guessed it Spurs over charged my card ! But this time he has not replied!

I'm more pissed off at the fact if honest the item was bought by my girlfriend as a present for me, and she's been so fucked off by the farce

That she's now refusing to buy me any thfc related items so my Christmas and birthday presents of the future are now up in arms!

Have also tried the social media route and they have just ignored it! I'm actually shocked at the service provided happy to take our money seem to just take fans for granted

See, guys? Not much has changed. The club is still very spursy.

To be honest, email the directors, bitch on social media, and call/email the club. If that doesnt help, call your credit card company/bank to get the charge reversed

Tried all of the above over and over to no avail.

They have until 5pm Tuesday before I contact PayPal and report them as fraudulent, disgusted.

Says it all I ordered a fake away shirt from ali express and it's arrived from China to hear quicker and looks pretty good before Spurs have even replied to me!! !! For the grand price of £12!.

Sorry I wouldnt post an email address on a forum. If you search online you will be able to find it. But i am sure if you go to Chairman/Director you will have more success whatever the company. I stress this is only a last resort if you have already tried other methods and the company hasnt got back to you.
I would suggest in the email give us much detail as possible and explain it was a present and the staff have not been helpful. Also any names if have them.

Think I have just managed to email Donna, have put all the information into the email included copies of the emails I have sent that had no reply with all the reference numbers and so on. Not sure if it's her correct email address but only one way to find out I guess.

Have explained everything and the situation hopefully she gets back to me if not I guess I will have to go and email again and phone more.

I ordered the away and third kit from the OS when the kits were released. A week later i got a shipping notification but the clubs tracking button has never worked so i cant track it. I hadnt gotten it before i went away a week and a half ago. Im going home tomorrow so hope i get it or else ill be in the same boat as you.

I ordered the home yesterday off Ali Express for $17. Got harambe 69 on the back. Hope its here by the Palace game on the 20th because i plan on wearing it to the bars that morning for the game and to the nyc/galaxy game later that day.

69 = well, do i really need to say?

Its an immature, politically incorrect jokes and references. Perfect for a drunk 24 year old like myself
