I ordered the away and third kit from the OS when the kits were released. A week later i got a shipping notification but the clubs tracking button has never worked so i cant track it. I hadnt gotten it before i went away a week and a half ago. Im going home tomorrow so hope i get it or else ill be in the same boat as you.

I ordered the home yesterday off Ali Express for $17. Got harambe 69 on the back. Hope its here by the Palace game on the 20th because i plan on wearing it to the bars that morning for the game and to the nyc/galaxy game later that day.

Let me know mate if you do!

I'm currently in contact with Donna Cullen so if anyone else has any bad feedback they want to pass on let me know :)

Oh I have bad feedback right now. Just in general though for now. This whole having to spend £75 to get free shipping to the US but if you £74 on 2 items you have to pay £20 shipping. If you spend £67 on a shirt, you have to pay £14 in shipping. I think that is a bunch of fucking horseshit.

I'll let you know if I got my shirts when I arrive home tomorrow

If you have an issue with international shipping, don't buy it from England?

Did you get a reply then? I hope it gets sorted soon.

Yeh thankfully I did, she's been brilliant so far. Well she's the only one that's bloody replied! Says a lot, She comes in for some stick at times but she could have just ignored it!. Will keep you all updated on the story of my shirt! Hopefully I recieve it before the big kick off!

Collected a lot of information as well so I think it's for the good of the club and the fans as she seems very keen to test the process of it all.

My advice for you guys don't checkout as guest and don't pay with PayPal if you are using the Spurs store.

I will pass it on or maybe get her to see if there's some form of way the club can do some research or even some surveys about it. As everyone I have spoke to seems frustrated with the Spurs shop and in the long run it's costing the club money.

As 80% of fans I know are buying the shirts from JD sports and the like where it's 30% cheaper in some cases.

It's an issue that thfc have to look at it if I don't get any further with I will contact the supporters trust to see if they can bring all these issues up.

As on average I'm spending £800 a year on the Spurs store with kits for me and training wear and kits for my nieces and nephews and brothers for Christmas. If I was spending this kind of money with for example Asos and received the service Spurs were currently providing I would complain.

Spurs need to lower the pricing, work on customer service issues, and lower their world wide shipping costs, IMO. And I think any survey they conduct would show those exact same things. Hope they do conduct one and work on things.

I think they can also throw us a bone once in a while and give people who spend a certain amount in a year like £20 off on an item or something even if we dont get season tickets(im pretty sure they give a £10 voucher for season tix holders every year. That should be increased too, btw)

Got the shipping email 2.5 weeks ago. Havent gotten it yet and cant track because the tracking button on the email is never a link and the club doesnt seem to fix it.

But I havent gotten it yet because the mailman is just too lazy to walk to the front door and leave it there so left a notice in my mailbox. So this ones on the USPS. Should have come a few days ago.

I did notice though that the items are now come from Sweeden. Previously, the came right from the Spurs store in England, I believe.

Spurs aren't the postal service, they can't change the price it costs to ship an item across the world...

When a company offers free shipping, they still pay for the service. They just know their margins are higher than the cost of shipping when you spend a certain amount, and pay a discounted rate with a carrier.

This isn't rocket science.

Businesses cant control the customs costs and the costs the logistic services have.. But they do strike deals with logistic services to control the mailing and shipping costs. Striking deals with logistic partners is key to control parcel shipping costs. And it is absolutely imperative to strike a deal with a pre sort courier for post office mail or else your getting fucked. If you really think the club is paying that £14 for 1 or £20 for 2+ it is getting from international customers, your nuts. Levy is a shrewd negotiator. No way the club is paying that. There just making a big profit off fans in another way besides on just the item.

I doubt Daniel Levy is setting the shipping costs. You're out of your god damn mind if you think the club is making a big profit off shipping. I bet the company you work for does the same thing.

Everything that I've received from Spurs shop requires a signature, so it may not be that the mailman is lazy. It may be that he was doing his job properly.

Nothing ive ever gotten from anywhere requires a signature and the driver did not check the signature required box on the notice left.

Quick update,

25 Day's after the initial order. Spurs finally voided the order yesterday so we got the money back from paypal (yay).

They explained that the club is having issues in communication between themselves and paypal. This is the reason why my order wasn't sent although the club still took the money. (weird, a club of our size doesn't keep on top of these issues or at least suspend payment by paypal until the issue is fixed)

After a long lengthy process spurs have decided they would go out of their way and give us free next day delivery if we wanted to replace the order today but to do this first we would have to place the order then once again phone spurs to sort this. Which i believe has been done. Wish it had not been done as of principle I would have liked to take my custom elsewhere to somewhere like JD Sports for example who do actually provide you with the shirt for much cheaper in the time frame they agree. Then to after all the balls up of service to offer us free next day and not even an apology from the spurs store was a bit arrogant.

(This was after the girl on the phone sighed and huffed and puffed at the fact she had to do the free delivery on the order)

To sum the whole experience up after 8 attempted phone calls (of only 2 were answered), 7 emails (of only 1 that was answered) to only get a response or any sort of action to be taken when I contacted Donna Cullen who should not even have to deal with shit like this it's absolutely shocking. Donna was also the only person to actually apologise properly and actually come across as if what had gone actually did matter.

I know it's only £55, and it's not the end of the world but the fact that this shirt could have been a little kid who had saved up his pocket money to get the latest shirt to show off to be let down kind of bugged me. Threw me back to when I was little and could not wait to have the new season shirt and literally used to sit by the door waiting for the post man when I was little to deliver it.

It's a shame as we at spurs never seem to get both right we either seem to have the team on the pitch right and become a shambles off it or we are a shambles on the pitch and good off it!

What have I learnt about this whole procedure?

1. Don't pay by paypal when using spurs as they somehow don't seem to understand how it works.

2. Don't bother trying to contact the club if you ever have an enquiry as by the time they probably do respond it will be to late for you to get your money back if you must contact them just keep phoning don't bother with emails.

3. Donna Cullen gets some stick but to be fair she's the only competent person at some levels at the club. She has been magnificent she has now put us in touch with Jonathan Waite who I am also waiting to contact me about the farce. Can't explain how nice of her it was to take the time out of her probably busy schedule to sort it.

4. I will no longer spend my money on the spurs store I will either buy direct from under armour or jd sports or other form of kit suppliers! Probably save money in the long as last year we looked back I spent well over £500 on kits and training wear for the gym and friends and family.

5. When the shirt actually comes it will probably be a shirt that we won't win a game in all season and is cursed and I will learn to hate it and always remember this farce lol!

I never really use Paypal unless its the only option(like it is on SC) I just dont really care for it. Its a hell of alot easier but i'm fine typing in the credit card info for now. Especially when paying for something in international currency. Dont want to be charged like Paypal and the credit card companys do. Always ise my debit card. No charge at all. Just paying for the product.

I think Spurs need to get behind Apple Pay, if Apple ever brings that through Mobile Safari and the laptop browsers. Easiest pay system out there bar none. Touch the home button and wallah! No typing anything. Billing and shipping address already on there. Easy, secure, no typing. What more could you ask for? Great innovation by Apple, IMO.

Spurs only offered free next day shipping for all that shit they put you through? That's it?!?!?!? What the fuck?!?! That's the stuff that makes you lose customers. At least offer the item for free with free next day shipping! That's the least they could do and they didnt even do that!?! That, my friends, is what you call bad business and incredibly incompetent.
